Nominations are being accepted for the position of Senate Representative on the Board of Governors for the term October 1, 2010 through the Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors in 2013. Those Senators who are full-time faculty members, but who are not members of the Board of Governors are eligible to be elected. Election of Faculty Senators for 1 year term - Ballots are being distributed the week of February 28th to all Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors and Lecturers who have been members of the teaching staff at Lakehead University for at least 12 months and who are not at present members of Senate. Ballots must be returned by March 15, 2010.
Strategic Plan 2010-2013 Update
On November 6, 2009 Senate approved the Strategic Plan 2010-2013. The Board of Governors approved the Plan at its meeting on Thursday, November 12, 2009. All supporting material and documentation related to the Strategic Plan has been taken down from the website but the Senate approved Plan can be downloaded: Lakehead University Strategic Plan 2010-2013.
